A very open sounding, modern take on a legendary kit. This ‘olive badge’ 70’s Ludwig is a classic and sounds amazing with big, open tunings. I tuned and mic’d this kit with a certain 70’s english rock band in mind and processed some of the mics on the way in for a bit more of a modern touch with API, Pultec EQs and Distressors. I’ve also included a Pearl Steve Ferrone 14x6.5 Brass Snare tuned in a similar fashion.

Each TCI instrument includes close mics, overheads, a mono ‘slam’ mic and two sets of room mics. The bundle includes the following drums;
